How long does will it take my flag to be completed?

We make every flag to order. Typically it takes us 3-5 days to prepare and manufacture the flag and another 2-3 days to finish the flag. Typically flags will be ready for shipment in 1-2 weeks.

If you need your order to be expedited for a special occasion or service, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your need.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 states and to APO/FPO addresses.

Can I have my flag personalized?

Yes, we can personalize flags upon request. Please see the custom orders page to inquire about personalized flags.

Can you do custom orders?

Yes, we can do custom orders, so long as they are within the scope of our business. Please see the custom orders page to inquire about a custom flag or plaque.

What are the dimensions of your flags?

We currently offer 4 different sizes of flags:

Extra Small - 17" x 9"
Small - 20" x 10.5"
Medium - 28" x 14.75"
Large - 36" x 19"

Can the flag be mounted outdoors?

No, our flags are design and finished for indoors only.

Do you accept donation requests?

We are willing to support fundraisers that support our firefighters, police, and military communities. Please contact us with your specific request and we will determine if we are willing to donate to the specific event.

Do you make flags for the various military branches?

While we support our brothers and sisters in the armed forces, we are not currently licensed to use the emblems and logos of the various departments of defense.
